A specialty compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a part-time compounding pharmacist to join their growing team. This contract-to-hire position offers an opportunity to support a dynamic pharmacy environment with a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week, working 8-hour shifts. The pharmacy operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with shifts designed to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing sterile and non-sterile compounding and medication verification
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all pharmacy operations
• Communicating effectively and collaborating within a team setting
• Maintaining professionalism and reliability in daily tasks
• Showing willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy practices
• Managing multitasking responsibilities efficiently

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Florida pharmacist license
• Experience in compounding practices
• Familiarity with USP standards 795, 797, and 800
• Preferred experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
