Pharmacist - Appleton, Wisconsin

A part-time pharmacist position is available in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offering a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with at least one year of experience who holds a clear and active Wisconsin pharmacist license. The shift is first shift, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a stable daytime schedule.

Responsibilities include verifying non-sterile compounds and communicating with patients and healthcare providers regarding medication therapies. While non-sterile compounding experience is preferred, training will be provided to the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience
• Ability to verify non-sterile compounds (training available if needed)
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff

Work Environment:

• Manage a daily prescription volume of approximately 50-60 scripts
• Collaborate with a pharmacy team that includes one pharmacist and four pharmacy technicians
• Utilize Pioneer Rx pharmacy software, with support from experienced staff

Schedule & Location:

• Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Shift: 1st shift

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $65 per hour and the potential to transition into a permanent role after the assignment period.
