A Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Appomattox, VA, is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support its pharmacy operations. This position involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to a specialized patient population requiring extended medical attention.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy plans for complex cases.
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide drug information and education.

Qualifications:
