Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and manage inpatient medications accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapeutic outcomes.
- Utilize Cerner IT systems to document and manage medication records.
- Participate in medication reviews, patient counseling, and clinical rounds as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California Pharmacist license is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Proficiency with Cerner or similar electronic health records systems is highly advantageous.

Schedule and Location:
- Location: Arvin, CA (near Bakersfield).
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Shifts are variable and may start at 7:30 AM or 1:30 PM, covering days and afternoons.

- Contract duration of 13 weeks.
