Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and provide guidance on medications for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
• Monitor patient drug therapies and adjust treatments as needed
• Maintain records on drug administration and inventory control
• Comply with hospital and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacy license to practice in Wisconsin
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
