Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital environment
• Counsel patients and healthcare staff on proper medication use
• Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred
