- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Contract Duration:
- Starts August 31
- 13-week assignment
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders specific to outpatient infusion therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication regimens for patients receiving infusion treatments.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols within the infusion setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all pharmaceutical interventions and patient communications.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Licensed pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings.
- Specialized knowledge in outpatient infusion practices and medication management.
- Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy operations and protocols.
