A night pharmacist opportunity is available at a prominent pediatric hospital in Chicago for a 13-week contract with potential extensions. This role requires dedication to nighttime shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and counsel on proper use during night shifts.
• Manage pediatric medication dosing, with a strong focus on weight-based calculations.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist license.
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in pediatric settings.

• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and automated dispensing systems.

Schedule:

• Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation.
