A healthcare organization in Chicago, IL seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical services on select Fridays. This role focuses on dispensing medications accurately and delivering excellent customer care, supporting the health and well-being of the community.

Schedule:

• Friday, May 22, 2026: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday, June 5, 2026: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other authorized healthcare practitioners.
• Provide patients and customers with clear, comprehensive information about their medications, including proper usage and potential side effects.
• Maintain a strong commitment to superior customer service, ensuring a supportive and professional environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois pharmacist license.
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
