Per Diem Pharmacist - Aurora, Illinois

Seeking a skilled Pharmacist for per diem PRN shifts to support specialty and oncology pharmacy services. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in retail pharmacy eager to expand their expertise into specialty care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location:

• Aurora, IL area (site located at 8915 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL)

Schedule:

• Per Diem
• Immediate availability for shifts on 2/16 and 2/17, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Provide expert patient counseling regarding medication therapies.
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care, particularly in oncology.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to pharmacy standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacist license required.
• Preferred experience in specialty or oncology pharmacy.
• Solid retail pharmacy background considered.
• Proficiency with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
