Per Diem Pharmacist | Aurora, Illinois

A Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity is available for specialized PRN work on February 16th and 17th from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering accurate and efficient pharmacy services during assigned shifts.

Location: Aurora, IL (specific site in nearby Niles, IL)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and provide clinical support in a specialty or oncology pharmacy setting
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR to maintain patient records and manage prescriptions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication management
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
• Provide excellent patient care with attention to detail and adherence to best practices

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid and active Illinois Pharmacist License
• Specialty or oncology pharmacy experience preferred but strong retail pharmacy experience is also considered
• Proficiency using Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to patient safety and quality of care
