An opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services in Bad Axe, MI. This contract position offers daytime schedules Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible, for a 13-week assignment.
Key responsibilities include managing anticoagulation clinic patients—typically 4 to 6 daily—and performing all oncology-related intravenous compounding duties. The role requires a dedicated professional who will ensure safe and effective medication use, adhering to established protocols and collaborating closely with healthcare teams.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid Michigan Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an inpatient pharmacist
- Proficient in anticoagulation patient management
- Experienced in oncology compounding, including IV preparations

- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts
