Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Assignment Duration:

• 13 weeks, with an ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care within the Anticoagulation Clinic, monitoring and assisting 4-6 patients daily to ensure safe and effective therapy
• Perform all oncology-related IV compounding, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacist License is required
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience, demonstrating proficiency in clinical settings
• Skilled in oncology compounding and confident in handling IV preparations independently
• Experience working in an Anticoagulation Clinic or similar specialized setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety
