Pharmacist | Bagley, Minnesota

Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a dynamic hospital environment serving a 200-bed facility. This position offers a stable 13-week contract with the potential for extension. The pharmacist role is critical in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within a collaborative healthcare team.

Location:

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule:

• 2nd shift (approximately 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM)
• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
• Participate in pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Minnesota pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficient with technology systems such as EPIC and Pyxis
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinical staff
