Pharmacist - Bagley, MN

This opportunity seeks a licensed pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations in a dynamic healthcare setting. The position offers a 13-week contract with the potential for extension, working on the 2nd shift with a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. The role requires strong clinical knowledge and experience in hospital pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication therapy
• Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring services
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records and Pyxis automated medication dispensing systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist license is required
• Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently on a 7-on/7-off shift schedule
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment

• Bemidji, MN area (Bagley vicinity)

Schedule/Hours:

• 2nd shift approximately 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
