Pharmacist in Baltimore, MD

This opportunity is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist specialized in home infusion services for a focused 60-day assignment. The role centers on managing IV compounding and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) preparation, overseeing technician activities within a home infusion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding of IV medications and TPN formulations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and manage pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care in home infusion settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Maryland pharmacy license required.
• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sterile compounding processes.

Schedule:

• Wednesday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
