A home infusion clinical pharmacist position is available for a 60-day assignment in Baltimore, MD. This role offers an opportunity to apply specialized pharmacy skills in a dynamic home infusion environment, focusing on patient-centered pharmaceutical care beyond the hospital setting. The assignment requires a signed agreement to proceed.

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday
• 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intravenous (IV) compounding including Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) preparations.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance in sterile compounding activities.
• Support clinical decision-making and ensure adherence to safety standards within the home infusion context.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Maryland pharmacy license in good standing.
• Recent experience with home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding per current regulatory standards.
