Per Diem Pharmacist in Baltimore, MD

This Per Diem opportunity offers the chance to support multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) outpatient pharmacies across the Baltimore area. The role requires 1-2 days per week, with flexibility to float between five distinct clinic sites. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and bring a strong commitment to patient care.

Location: Multiple Baltimore-area sites, including Highlandtown, Belair, St. Agnes, Rosedale, and Yard 56.

Schedule/Hours:

• Per Diem, 1-2 days per week as needed
• Day shift, Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard outpatient pharmacy duties such as dispensing medications and counseling patients
• Manage pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Administer vaccines and immunizations to patients
• Maintain compliance with hospital-level health and safety protocols
• Utilize ScriptPro software for medication management (training provided)
• Be prepared to float between multiple clinic locations in Baltimore

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with 340B drug pricing program highly preferred
• Spanish language skills considered a strong asset
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive health screenings consistent with hospital protocols
