Seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support a retail pharmacy in Baraboo, WI. This contract position spans 13 weeks, with potential for extension or transition to a direct hire role. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of working every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in a retail environment
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage and safety
• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Collaborate with healthcare providers as necessary to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Utilize Pioneer RX computer system for prescription processing and record keeping

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacy license is required
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy settings is essential
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX software preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during specified hours, plus alternate Saturdays as needed
• Must have a signed agreement to begin assignment
