Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Shifts available: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough medication reconciliation to ensure patient safety
- Verify medication orders with precision
- Manage vancomycin dosing protocols and coordinate related lab work
- Apply renal dosing knowledge to optimize pharmacotherapy
- Utilize strong IV medication expertise to support clinical care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years as a licensed pharmacist
- Demonstrated experience with intravenous (IV) medications
- Current Vermont pharmacist license, provisional license eligibility, or readiness to obtain a temporary license promptly
