A Critical Access Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to fill a travel position providing pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and review patient medication plans
• Monitor patient drug therapies and adjust as necessary
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding medication use
• Manage inventory and oversee proper storage of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work days and afternoon shifts
