A healthcare facility in Ashland, WI, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join on a contract basis, providing critical pharmaceutical support in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure patient safety in compliance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient data
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding medications
• Participate in quality assurance and inventory management activities

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current pharmacy license in good standing
