An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide Long Term Care services at a facility in Houston, TX. This per diem role supports patient care with a focus on medication management and safety within a Long Term Care setting.

Location:

• Houston, TX
• Address: 4423 Griggs Road, Houston, TX 77021

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Dates: May 25 to June 1

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications accurately for Long Term Care patients
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and facility policies
• Provide drug information and counseling to staff and patients as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License
• Recent experience working as a Pharmacist
• Experience with EnterpriseRx software is preferred but not required
