Pharmacist in Bellevue, WA

A specialty oncology infusion pharmacy in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support critical distribution functions. This contract role begins ASAP and lasts approximately 16 weeks, offering a consistent Monday through Friday day-shift schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders using Epic software
• Conducting final product verification checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Providing clinical drug information and answering related questions
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy technician activities
• Adhering to USP 797/800 standards for sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling
• Potentially floating to a Seattle location as operational needs arise

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A current Washington State Pharmacist license
• Experience working in infusion or oncology pharmacy settings
• Strong familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems
• Solid understanding of USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines
