Pharmacist - Bellevue, Washington

A pharmacist position is available in Bellevue, WA, supporting specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy distribution functions. This role involves order verification using Epic, final product verification checks, responding to clinical questions, and overseeing pharmacy technician operations. Candidates may be asked to float to Seattle as needed.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify orders accurately within the Epic system
• Conduct final product verification for infusion preparations
• Provide clinical drug information and answer related inquiries
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily functions
• Maintain compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Washington State pharmacist license
• Experience working in infusion or oncology pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with Epic and Pyxis pharmacy systems
• Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines

Location:

• Bellevue, WA, with potential to float to Seattle as necessary
