Pharmacist - Bemidji, MN

A specialty pharmacy role is available for a qualified pharmacist seeking a rewarding position from June through September. This contract opportunity is based in Walker, MN, serving a dynamic pharmacy setting where healthcare professionals provide critical long-term care and retail pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in a long-term care and retail setting
• Manage medication therapy and dispense prescriptions accurately
• Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy best practices
• Support immunization initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree preferred or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Valid Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations and retail pharmacy workflow
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
