Schedule and Location: • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM • Some weekend hours required • Based in Bemidji, Minnesota at a specialty pharmacy facility

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage medication dispensing and counseling tailored to Long Term Care patients • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy operations standards • Engage in comprehensive medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support medication management plans and patient care

Desired Qualifications: • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) • Immunization certification to administer vaccines as needed • Current CPR certification for emergency responsiveness • Strong understanding of Long Term Care pharmacy operations and patient care protocols
