This opportunity involves practicing pharmacy within a specialty pharmacy setting in Bemidji, MN. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care, particularly supporting long-term care patients. This position is offered as a contract engagement lasting 13+ weeks.

Location:

• Bemidji, MN
• Specialty Pharmacy environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts may be required

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee pharmaceutical care for long-term care patients
• Ensure accurate dispensing and medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy
• Provide patient counseling and education when needed
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Holds PharmD degree or equivalent clinical pharmacy training
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification a plus
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
