Pharmacist in Bemidji, MN

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support long-term care services in Bemidji, MN. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic setting that values patient-centered care and professional growth over a 13+ week duration.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing long-term care pharmacist duties to ensure optimal medication management for patients
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide clinical support and patient counseling
• Managing medication therapy and interventions with attention to safety and efficacy

Desired qualifications:

• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Immunization certification to support patient wellness initiatives
• CPR certification to assist with emergency response
