Pharmacist | Bemidji, Minnesota

This role offers an opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to contribute expertise in a specialty pharmacy setting focused on long-term care. The position is based in Bemidji, MN, with a contract duration of 13+ weeks. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekend shifts required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and dispensing medications for long-term care patients
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Conducting medication reviews and providing patient counseling
• Supporting immunization administration within the patient population

Desired qualifications and certifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent professional pharmacy credentials
• Immunization certification
• CPR certification
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience within a specialty or long-term care pharmacy setting is a plus
