An opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy services in a long-term care setting. This 13+ week contract role is based in Bemidji, MN, and offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with some weekend hours.

Location: Bemidji, MN
Setting: Specialty Pharmacy – Long Term Care
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive long-term care pharmacy duties including medication management and review
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication therapy for patients
• Manage specialty medications and provide clinical expertise in this area
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Provide patient counseling and support immunization efforts

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Demonstrated experience in specialty pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety
