Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to individualize drug dosing.
• Utilize hospital information systems including EPIC and Pyxis for efficient workflow management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Minnesota pharmacist license is mandatory.
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience with a solid understanding of inpatient care.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift: Approximately 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
