Pharmacist | Benton, Arkansas

A 359-bed Level 1 Trauma Center and Level 4 NICU teaching hospital is seeking an experienced inpatient night pharmacist. This contract or direct hire role is located in Benton, AR, within a fast-paced, team-based environment at a leading pediatric medical center.

Responsibilities include providing pharmacy services in an inpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use, and supporting critical care units in a state-of-the-art facility known for cutting-edge pediatric care. The position requires managing medication therapies during night shifts and participating in a rotation schedule.

Shift Hours and Schedule:

• Night shift: Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend option: Friday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Rotation Schedule: 7 nights on, 7 nights off, starting Thursday night; weekend option every Friday to Sunday
• No on-call duties

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Pharmacist (RPH) license required
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV experience or IV certification mandatory
• Ability to test negative for nicotine use
