Location: Benton, AR
Position Type: Direct Hire or Contract

Schedule:

• Night Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend Option: Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Rotation: 7 days on, 7 days off starting Thursday night for the night shift; weekend option available every Friday–Sunday
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical support during inpatient night shifts
• Manage IV medication preparation and administration with a strong focus on safety and accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, trauma and teaching hospital setting
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards for pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) with valid credentials
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, specifically with IV therapy
• IV certification or equivalent experience mandatory
• Must test negative for nicotine prior to employment
