Pharmacist | Berlin, New Hampshire

This role calls for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support multiple hospital departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency. The position is based in Berlin, NH, and offers a contract opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule plus rotating weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient medication orders and distribution, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Work independently during weekends to support pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with clinical teams across ICU, L&D, Med/Surg, and ED units
• Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records and medication management
• Operate Omnicell systems for medication dispensing and inventory control

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with Meditech is preferred
• Familiarity with Omnicell systems is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously, especially on weekend shifts
• Strong clinical knowledge to support diverse inpatient units

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m.
• Rotating weekends every third weekend: Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
• ASAP start preferred
