Per Diem Pharmacist | Bessemer, Alabama

This per diem opportunity offers experienced pharmacists a chance to provide critical verification and checking support in a healthcare setting using the CareTend system. Scheduled shifts run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Wednesday, September 2, through Friday, September 4, in the Soleo area near Hoover, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
• Utilize CareTend software to manage pharmacy operations effectively

Desired Experience:

• Prior infusion pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Inpatient pharmacist background with experience checking IV/TPNs considered
• Current, active Alabama pharmacist license in good standing required
