Provide professional pharmacy services in a retail setting, supporting safe and efficient medication dispensing to patients.

Location: Bethel Park, PA (Washington, Pennsylvania area)

Schedule:

• 1st shift
• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Per diem position
• Assignment starting August 7th

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager.
• Counsel and advise patients regarding their medication therapies and regimens.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, adhering to organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, controlled drug records, and inventories.
• Clarify issues related to third-party coverage and resolve patient problems as needed.
• Utilize Pioneer software for pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication skills to effectively counsel patients and resolve concerns.
• Attention to detail with respect to medication safety and inventory management.
