Per Diem Pharmacist - Bethlehem, PA

A growing pharmacy in the Bethlehem, PA area is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacist to support their team with flexible scheduling. This opportunity offers a blend of experience levels, welcoming both retail pharmacists and new graduates, with training available to ensure success from day one.

Key responsibilities include accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations. The pharmacist will work alongside experienced technicians, ensuring a supportive environment where the pharmacist is never alone—typically supported by two techs during peak hours and one tech during slower periods.

Schedule:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 PM – 8 PM
• Some weekend shifts: Saturdays 8 AM – 4 PM, Sundays 10 AM – 2 PM

Desired Qualifications:

• Passed pharmacist licensure credit
• Retail pharmacy experience or willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication and patient service abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy staff
