Join as a Staff Pharmacist supporting home infusion services at an ambulatory infusion therapy clinic focused on IV and infusion care for patients with acute and chronic medical needs. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver specialized clinical pharmacy support.

Contract Type:
- Per diem (PRN)
- Note: Contract is prepaid upon candidate identification
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process physician orders; verify insurance benefits
- Perform sterile compounding and assist with cleanroom operations
- Ensure safe dispensing of medications and infusion supplies
- Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records adhering to federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with patients, physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members effectively
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Manage patient caseloads and provide pharmacist coverage as needed
Schedule:
- Minimum 2 days per month with flexible scheduling options
- Additional PRN coverage available
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License in good standing
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience; 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Required infusion therapy and sterile compounding expertise
- Knowledgeable in USP 797 sterile compounding standards
- Strong skills in communication, multitasking, time management, and critical thinking
