Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy services in both retail and long-term care environments
• Perform Long Term Care Pharmacist duties including medication management and patient counseling
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
