A well-established retail pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support their Binghamton, NY location. Location: Binghamton, NY
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control and track inventory; order pharmaceutical stock to meet demand and maximize profitability.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix medications and medical compounds; fill prescriptions and dispense non-prescription medicines.
• Provide patient counseling and advice on self-medication, maintaining communication with healthcare and insurance professionals.
• Administer patient immunizations regularly, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, manage scheduling, performance recognition, discipline, and assignment delegation to pharmacy associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current New York State Pharmacist License required.
• Current New York Immunization Certification preferred.
• Ability to start immediately.
