Pharmacist in Blackduck, MN

This opportunity is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy operations in Bemidji, MN. As a Long Term Care Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring medication management and patient care excellence for the community served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and accurately prepare medications with attention to long-term care requirements
• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and manage medication therapy in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication usage, side effects, and storage
• Administer immunizations as required to enhance community health and safety
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and facility policies

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Pharmacist license in good standing
• PharmD degree or equivalent and strong clinical knowledge
• Immunization certification and CPR certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care or specialty pharmacy environments
• Ability to deliver clear communication and excellent patient service
• MTM certification is a strong plus

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required
