A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support long-term care patients. This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge and patient care skills in a focused pharmacy setting. The position requires a commitment of at least 13 weeks with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications for long-term care patients with precision and care
• Provide comprehensive medication reviews and counseling to ensure optimal therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support medication therapy management
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Administer immunizations and health screenings as required

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent education in pharmacy
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
