Pharmacist | Blackduck, Minnesota

A contract position is available for a Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care, located in Bemidji, MN at a specialty pharmacy. This assignment is set for 13+ weeks and requires a schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Long Term Care pharmacy services to support patient care
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage and therapy
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Participate in immunization administration and other clinical activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred or MTM certification
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Long Term Care pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bemidji, MN, with the facility located at 2000 Paul Bunyan Dr NW
