Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to support a Specialty Pharmacy setting in Bemidji, MN. This contract position offers a schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some weekend hours required, lasting 13+ weeks.

As a pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing medication therapy for long-term care patients
• Ensuring accurate dispensing and counseling on specialty medications
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Desired qualifications for this role include:

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization certification to support patient care initiatives
• CPR certification to ensure patient safety
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices specific to specialty and long-term care settings
