A specialty pharmacy seeks an experienced Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a long-term care setting. This contract role, based in Bemidji, MN, offers an opportunity to contribute to specialized patient care over a 13+ week duration. The position requires availability for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekends included.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medication dispensing and review for long-term care patients
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management (MTM)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safe medication practices
• Administer immunizations as required
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience
• Immunization Certification required
• Current CPR Certification
• Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and long-term care pharmacy practices
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
