Pharmacist - Blackduck, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a qualified pharmacist to support their Long Term Care services on a contract basis for 13+ weeks. This opportunity involves working in a collaborative environment focused on delivering expert pharmaceutical care within a specialty pharmacy setting. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities include managing medication therapy, providing clinical expertise for long-term care patients, and ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations and best practices. The pharmacist will play a critical role in immunization administration, medication therapy management, and patient counseling while maintaining compliance with all safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or MTM certification
• Immunization certification
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule:
