Pharmacist - Blue Lake, California

A retail pharmacist position is available in Northern California to provide essential pharmacy services during a vacation coverage period. This opportunity is ideal for licensed pharmacists, including recent graduates, who are seeking short-term work experience in a retail setting.

Location: Northern California, Blue Lake area

Schedule/Hours:

• Week of 6/22: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Week of 6/29: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications according to established procedures and regulations
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling and education to patients
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary pharmaceutical supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication regimens
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy laws and professional standards
• Uphold safety and quality standards within the pharmacy environment

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in good standing
