A busy outpatient pharmacy located adjacent to a major hospital in downtown Kansas City, MO, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to support its high-volume operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential pharmacy services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Verify, check, and accurately fill prescriptions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Utilize EPIC pharmacy information system for prescription management and record-keeping
• Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Experience working in an outpatient pharmacy setting preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar pharmacy IT systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and communication

Location:

• Downtown Kansas City, MO, adjacent to the main hospital building

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
