Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Collaborate and consult with nurses and physicians regarding medication therapies and patient care
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Utilize Cerner pharmacy information system for documentation and order processing

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Idaho pharmacist license or the ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred, with familiarity in rehabilitation or acute care settings
