A retail and long-term care pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to provide professional medication services in Evansville, IN. This per diem opportunity offers a focused work schedule with shifts primarily during standard business hours.

Schedule:

• Friday, April 3, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday, April 6 through Thursday, April 9, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday, April 13 through Thursday, April 16, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday, April 20, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners.
• Provide patients with clear, accurate information regarding medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license is required.
