Pharmacist | Boston, Massachusetts

This position offers the opportunity to work as an Inpatient Pharmacist at a large hospital with over 300 beds, located in the Boston area. The role is contract to hire, starting ASAP, with an initial duration of 13 weeks or more. The schedule primarily consists of night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to inpatients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
• Monitor patient medication regimens and adjust as needed according to hospital protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in patient rounds and provide drug information to medical staff.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist license required.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy practices preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
