An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a large, well-established hospital with over 300 beds. This role is primarily night shifts (10 pm to 8 am), offering a chance to gain valuable inpatient pharmacy experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position starts ASAP and is initially a 13-week assignment with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and verify medications for inpatient care with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient medication therapies and provide necessary adjustments
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in medication safety and quality assurance initiatives

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
  • New graduates with relevant clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
  • Experience or interest in inpatient pharmacy practice

Location:

  • Boston, MA area—conveniently located with access to public transportation

Schedule/Hours:

  • Mainly nights, from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
