Pharmacist - Boston, MA

An overnight pharmacist position is available at a closed-door, long-term care facility in the Boston, MA area. This role offers a unique 7-on, 7-off schedule, providing an attractive work-life balance while supporting critical overnight pharmacy operations. The facility processes approximately 600 prescriptions per day, utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial and final medication reviews via Frameworks
• Overseeing pharmacy technicians and ensuring accurate dispensing of medications
• Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Frameworks software
