Pharmacist - Boston, MA

A healthcare facility in the Boston area is seeking an Overnight Pharmacist to provide dedicated pharmaceutical services on a 7 on, 7 off schedule. This direct hire position supports a closed-door long-term care (LTC) environment with a high-volume workload of approximately 600 prescriptions per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial prescription reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Perform final medication verification and checks
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout the shift
• Accurately dispense medications and manage workflow to maintain efficiency

Schedule:

• Overnight hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
• Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 nights off

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Frameworks software system
