An overnight pharmacist position is available in a closed-door long-term care facility located near Boston, MA. This direct hire role offers a unique 7 on, 7 off schedule, providing extended periods of downtime between shifts, ideal for maintaining a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Dispense medications efficiently in a high-volume environment averaging approximately 600 prescriptions per day

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems

Schedule/Hours:

• Overnight shift: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
• Work 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off
