Pharmacist - Boston, MA

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to support patient care in a rehab hospital setting. The position is based in Boston, MA, and offers a contract assignment beginning as soon as possible for at least 13 weeks.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications following hospital regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for rehab patients
• Utilize pharmacy systems including Epic and Pyxis for medication management and documentation
• Monitor medication therapies and provide guidance to patients and staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts (MA license required)
• New graduates and retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Experience with Epic and Pyxis preferred, or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
