Pharmacist in Boston, MA

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist in a rehab hospital setting located in Boston, MA. This role offers an immediate start and extends for a minimum of 13 weeks. The pharmacist will work Monday through Friday during day shifts from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a rehab hospital environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation.
• Provide patient counseling and education as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts (recent graduates and retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply).
• Experience or familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
