Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care plans.
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for electronic medical records and medication dispensing.
• Support medication reconciliation and patient counseling as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations throughout all activities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure.
• New graduates with retail pharmacy experience or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practices.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis medication management systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
