Responsibilities:

• Perform all inpatient pharmacist duties with accuracy and attention to patient safety
• Verify medication orders and ensure compliance with hospital protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is highly desirable
