Position Details

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13+ Weeks
Inpatient Hospital Setting
7 Days On / 7 Days Off Schedule
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

Verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
Review patient profiles for drug interactions, allergies, and therapeutic duplications
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
Document clinical interventions and pharmacy activities as required

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Experience with medication order verification and clinical pharmacy services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with EPIC
Experience with Pyxis automation systems
Previous overnight hospital pharmacy experience
Experience working in academic medical centers or health-system environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.00 to $72.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
