This opportunity is for a Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist to support a 60-day assignment in the home infusion environment. The position requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of IV compounding and total parenteral nutrition (TPNs), along with proven experience managing pharmacy technicians.

• Wednesday to Friday
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IV compounding processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage and coordinate pharmacy technicians involved in sterile compounding
• Prepare and manage TPN formulations tailored to patient needs
• Maintain strict adherence to home infusion safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice
• Recent experience with sterile compounding techniques
• Active and clear Maryland pharmacy license
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing technician workflow
