Pharmacist - Bowie, Maryland

This opportunity offers a specialized role as a Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist focused on delivering expert pharmaceutical care in a home infusion environment. The 60-day assignment provides a dynamic setting to apply your infusion and compounding expertise while managing and supporting pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate IV compounding and manage Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) preparations
• Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians in daily operations to ensure compliance and quality
• Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team to support patient care in a home infusion setting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice
• Proficiency in sterile compounding with hands-on knowledge of current standards
• Active and clear pharmacy license in Maryland

Location:

• Position based in Bowie, MD

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

This contract role requires completed agreements prior to commencement, ensuring all protocols and compliance standards are met.
