Job Description
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with Genoa Healthcare in Bozeman, Montana. This role offers a stable weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment that emphasizes customer service and medication management. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers

• Provide patients with clear instructions and information regarding medication use

• Ensure accuracy and safety in all prescription fulfillment

• Deliver a high level of customer service in all patient interactions

• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and workflow processes

Qualifications

• Active Montana Pharmacist license

  • Licensing assistance may be available if needed

Experience

• Retail pharmacy or long-term care experience preferred

• Experience in a patient-facing pharmacy setting highly valued

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Work Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 40 hours per week
