An independent pharmacy focused on personalized patient care is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Job Type: 13-week contract with potential to convert to permanent

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (32-40 hours per week)
• Possible every-other-Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (coverage may be available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and comply with all regulations
• Provide expert counseling on medication therapy, side effects, interactions, and proper use
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and review prescriptions for dosage and interaction concerns
• Support and lead by example to foster a positive workplace culture
• Stay updated on industry best practices, technology, and protocol changes

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required
• Prior experience with PioneerRX software preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
