Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications according to physician orders and protocols
• Review prescriptions for proper dosage, interactions, and contraindications
• Provide patient counseling regarding medication use and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Document all pharmaceutical activities and maintain patient records

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication therapy management
• Capable of working independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively
