The schedule consists of Monday through Friday day shifts, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a consistent and balanced routine. Experience with Epic and Pyxis systems is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications accurately to support patient care in a rehab hospital
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation
• Provide patient counseling and education as required
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility protocols

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacy license in Massachusetts
